I am always amazed by the Japanese. I don’t think here the vending machine would go unmolested let alone the umbrellas.
I’m amazed too. Not only with the umbrellas but with the vending machine too.
I have one of those free umbrellas to borrow. Got it last year in Moka when we were caught in a downpour.
I was always amazed that there seemed to be a vending machine every where in Japan! Even in the most remote streets, and yet I’ve never seen them being refilled by anyone.
This is really a Good and Bad photo. The umbrellas to borrow are nice. The random, roadside vending machine, which we all know Japan is overrun with, is definitely a bad.
